About The Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Quality Assurance Engineer. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, performing manual and automated testing to ensure software quality, and identifying and reporting issues. The role will also involve contributing to test strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams for issue resolution, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Test Execution, Manual Testing, and Software Testing
- Experience in creating, designing, and managing Test Cases
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and methodologies
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify bugs and workflow issues
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Responsibilities
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for developing comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. They will execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and security. The role involves identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs or issues, collaborating with developers and product teams to prioritize and resolve defects, and verifying fixes to ensure quality standards are met.
