Your Impact
We're looking for a Manual QA Tester who will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability, and performance of Auxia's platform. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, takes pride in uncovering bugs before users do, and collaborates well across functions.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to test features across web and mobile platformshelping us deliver a flawless and intuitive user experience.
What You'll Do
- Translate product requirements into detailed test cases and scenarios
- Execute manual tests across web and mobile platforms to identify bugs, usability issues, and regressions
- Document and report clear, reproducible defects with detailed steps
- Perform smoke, regression, exploratory, and sanity testing throughout the release cycle
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand features and suggest improvements
- Maintain and update test documentation as the product evolves
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews, offering QA input and coverage recommendations
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)
- 24 years of experience in manual testing for web and/or mobile applications
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and tools
- Experience writing clear and comprehensive test cases and bug reports
- Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, Postman, Confluence, or similar tools
- Ability to think critically and identify edge cases and usability gaps
- Basic understanding of APIs and frontend/backend interactions is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to quality
