QA Engineer – Automation | Web, Mobile & API Testing

Role Overview

As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our digital products.

This is a hands-on QA role involving both manual and automation testing. You will work closely with developers and product teams to identify issues early, automate repetitive testing, investigate technical defects, and ensure smooth product releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Test modern web and mobile applications.
• Test Flutter-based applications across Android and iOS.
• Perform API testing using REST APIs and validate JSON responses.
• Validate complete business workflows across multiple systems.
• Test login, authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, forms, transactions, and workflows.
• Perform cross-browser, device, screen-size, and network-condition testing.
• Validate data between applications, APIs, databases, ERP systems, and integrations.
• Investigate bugs using Browser DevTools, API responses, logs, and SQL queries.
• Create clear and reproducible bug reports.
• Develop and maintain automated test cases for critical workflows.
• Identify regression risks and improve test coverage.
• Participate in feature testing, release validation, and production verification.
• Work closely with developers and product/business teams to improve product quality.

Automation & Technical Testing

Hands-on experience with any of the following is preferred:

• Playwright
• Cypress
• Selenium
• Appium
• Maestro
• Flutter Integration Testing

Experience with API testing, SQL/database validation, and automation of critical workflows will be highly valuable.

AI-Assisted QA

Our engineering team uses AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Kiro.

You will have opportunities to use AI for:

• Creating test scenarios
• Identifying edge cases
• Building automation
• API test generation
• Test data creation
• Log/error analysis
• Defect investigation
• SQL query generation
• Understanding code and identifying regression risks

Experience with a specific AI tool is not mandatory. We value the ability to use AI effectively while independently validating its output.
