QA Engineer

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive testing strategy that encompasses all aspects of the product, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Work closely with the development team to integrate QA processes into the software development lifecycle, ensuring that quality is considered at all stages.
• Oversee the selection and implementation of testing tools and technologies.
• Analyze test results, identify and report defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously assess and improve testing processes and practices to enhance product quality and team efficiency.
• Stay up to date with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and industry s best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of any automation/performance or security testing tool is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) and their impact on the QA process.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
