QA Engineer (AI & Integration Focus)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Engineer with 3+ years of professional experience in testing

AI-driven solutions, AI agents, and data validation within integration-focused projects. The

ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of QA processes, hands-on testing

experience, and the ability to verify data integrity across systems. This role will involve

testing AI workflows, end-to-end integrations, validating data exchanges with external

systems, and ensuring high-quality releases.

Type: Part Time (10 hours/week)

Monthly Compensation: INR 20,000

Key Responsibilities

AI Agent & Workflow Testing

o Test AI agents for accuracy, performance, behavior, reliability, and alignment

with expected business outcomes.

o Conduct prompt testing, regression testing, and scenario-based validation of

AI conversational flows and decision frameworks.

o Validate model outputs against defined acceptance criteria and business rules.

Data Validation & Verification

o Perform data verification for end-to-end integrations, ensuring data accuracy,

completeness, formatting, and transformation correctness.

o Validate ETL/ELT data workflows between multiple systems.

o Perform database-level validation using SQL or equivalent tools.

Integration Testing

o Conduct API and system integration testing between internal and external

systems.

o Validate messaging, payloads, error handling, and data consistency across

systems.

o Document test scenarios, test cases, and test results for multiple integration

touchpoints.

QA Documentation & Reporting

o Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test execution results.

o Prepare reports highlighting defects, testing progress, and quality metrics.

o Work with development and product teams to drive resolution and ensure

delivery quality.

Automation (Preferred)

o Contribute to automated test script development for repetitive AI, data, or API

testing scenarios.

o Work with automation tools for continuous testing execution (optional but

preferred).

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of professional experience in Software Testing.

Hands-on experience testing AI implementations, including AI agents, LLM

workflows, or conversational systems.

Strong experience with data validation and verification across integration projects.

Solid understanding of:

o Functional testing

o System integration testing

o API testing (REST/SOAP)

o Test case design

Proficiency in querying and validating data using SQL or similar database tools.

Experience working with defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or

similar.

Ability to design structured test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman scripting, Robot

Framework, Playwright, etc.).

Familiarity with AI testing frameworks, synthetic data analysis, or LLM evaluation

tooling.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) or integration middleware.

Understanding of software development processes Agile/Scrum.
