Job Title: QA Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for QA Engineers to work closely with product stakeholders, UX designers, developers, and staff in an Agile, cross functional environment. These roles offer hands-on experience with modern tools, frameworks, and technologies across mobile and IoT platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform comprehensive manual and automated testing to validate functionality and reduce risk
- Contribute to building and maintaining test automation suites for mobile and API testing
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure clear requirements and acceptance criteria
- Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
- Support shift-left testing practices by contributing early in the development process
- Execute functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end test cycles
- Ensure test coverage across mobile applications, APIs, and microservices
Technical Qualifications
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing
- Experience writing test automation scripts using Python and Appium
- Experience testing mobile applications (iOS/Android), APIs, backend services, and end-to-end workflows
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, CircleCI, or equivalent)
- Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools
Nice to Have
- Exposure to mobile testing tools such as Espresso or XCUITest
- Basic knowledge of Swift or Kotlin
- Experience with performance, accessibility, or security testing
- Interest in IoT devices or connected systems
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven test generation or analytics tools
