Description
We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about software testing and quality assurance. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with the development team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on software requirements and specifications.
- Identify, record, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback on software functionality.
- Assist in the design and implementation of testing frameworks and tools.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software quality and testing processes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or TestRail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
