Description
We are seeking QA Engineer professionals to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to the quality assurance process in software development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, record, and track bugs using bug tracking tools
- Collaborate with the development team to understand project requirements and provide feedback
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Automate testing processes using appropriate tools and frameworks
- Assist in maintaining test documentation and reporting on testing progress
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of databases and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
