Job Description

Job Title : QA Consultant

Experience: 8+ years

Duration: 3- 6 Months

Start Date: Immediate

Location: Remote

Budget: 1.2 LPM

Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
  • *SQL* (advanced queries, joins, aggregations, data reconciliation)
  • *ETL Testing* (data pipelines, transformations, source-to-target validation)
  • *Solid experience in US Healthcare domain (claims, eligibility, providers, contracts, HIPAA awareness preferred)*
  • Knowledge with Salesforce Testing is mandate.
  • Proven ability to define and execute Test Strategy for medium to large-scale projects
  • Basic understanding of dashboard testing, including validation of metrics and data consistency.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and lead QA efforts
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
