We are looking for a QA CoE Lead for GCC Quality Engineering who can build testing standards, automation frameworks, and delivery quality practices for GCC-focused solutions.

The QA CoE Lead will establish a Quality Engineering function for GCC platforms, enterprise applications, AI-enabled tools, workflow systems, dashboards, and cloud-native solutions.

The candidate should be capable of leading manual testing, automation testing, API testing, regression testing, performance testing coordination, UAT support, and quality governance.

Build and lead the QA Center of Excellence for GCC-focused technology delivery.

Define QA strategy, testing standards, automation frameworks, quality gates, release governance, and defect management processes.

Design automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, backend, data, dashboard, workflow, and AI-enabled applications.

Lead testing for GCC platforms such as shared-service portals, automation workflows, enterprise dashboards, productivity tools, knowledge systems, and internal business applications.

Create test plans, test cases, scripts, test data strategies, traceability matrices, and QA documentation.

Use tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, JMeter, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.

Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines.

Establish quality dashboards, defect trend analysis, test coverage reports, root cause analysis, and release readiness checks.

Introduce shift-left testing, continuous testing, API-first testing, risk-based testing, and automation-led delivery.

Work closely with engineering, AI, data, cloud, product, business, and GCC client teams.

Support process maturity initiatives such as CMMI, ISO, SOC2 readiness, enterprise audits, and client-specific quality requirements.

Mentor QA engineers and build a high-performing quality engineering team.

Strong experience in QA leadership, test automation, quality engineering, and testing strategy.

Hands-on exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Postman, JMeter, RestAssured, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar tools.

Good understanding of web, mobile, API, database, cloud, dashboard, workflow, and enterprise application testing.

Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.

Knowledge of CI/CD integration, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, release management, and defect lifecycle.

Ability to define QA metrics, test coverage, quality dashboards, and governance processes.

Strong documentation, communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience supporting GCCs, shared services, enterprise SaaS, workflow platforms, AI applications, automation tools, or global delivery teams.

Exposure to performance testing, security testing coordination, accessibility testing, data testing, dashboard testing, and GenAI application testing.

Experience with enterprise audits, CMMI, ISO, SOC2, or client quality frameworks.

B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / M.Tech / MS or equivalent qualification.

7–14+ years of QA experience, including QA leadership experience.

A quality-first leader who can build QA maturity for GCC delivery. The candidate should understand that GCC platforms require reliability, compliance, automation, documentation, and consistent release discipline.
