Quality Analyst- Payments-1, Billing-1
Quality Analyst (RCM) will be responsible for Complete comprehension of the revenue cycle. Audits daily and provides feedback to teammates. Works with senior teammates to propose process improvements to ensure work transitions should be error-free and can apply knowledge across other clients.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Auditing Ensures that task transitions to new teammate are error-free and the audit is performed on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly or on monthly basis as per the requirement and review results, provides feedback to the audited teammate and offer suggestions for areas of improvement to gain a better understanding of the billing process.
- Facility Learning - The Quality Analyst has a deep knowledge of the client they are leading. A Quality Analyst should take the initiative and spend time with other teammates on their client to learn about the other tasks required by the other teammates. Facility learning will also ensure that new information can be updated on any Zulu documents that contain client information, such as the billing guidelines and the A/R cheat sheet. Preparing reports and summaries in discussion with the Team Leader.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Education
- Minimum 2.5 to 3+ years of experience in Medical Billing
- Possess good working knowledge of the US Healthcare processes
- Ability to work under pressure while successfully meeting deadlines
- Strong verbal and written skills
