Responsibilities: -
- Define and drive the quality engineering and CI/CD strategy across multiple teams and products. - Architect and implement enterprise-grade test automation frameworks focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability. - Build and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure fast, reliable, and repeatable software delivery.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools like Splunk or Grafana. - Optimize pipeline performance to reduce execution time.
- Architect cloud-native testing solutions leveraging AWS and Docker. - Ensure zero-downtime deployments and environment consistency.
- Evaluate and adopt modern tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve test efficiency and coverage.
- Explore AI-driven approaches to make automation smarter and more efficient.
Required Skills (Must-Have):
- Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript/Java or Python for automation development.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Strong expertise in designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring and observability systems (like Splunk, Grafana).
- Exposure to cloud technologies like AWS. - Extensive experience in architecting UI test automation frameworks like Cypress/Playwright
- Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and basic shell scripting. Good-to-Have Skills (Optional):
- Experience with Cypress or Playwright for automated testing.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML for test development, enhancement, and intelligent test selection.
- Experience with cloud deployment strategies: blue-green, canary, or progressive delivery.
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
