QA Automation - Senior Engineer

Job Description

Automation QE profiles with Java/Python/TypeScript as scripting language along with Playwright automation experience.
. Design and develop scalable UI & API automation frameworks using Playwright with Java/Python/TypeScript, PostgreSQL
. Create robust, maintainable, and reusable test scripts for web applications
. Implement cross-browser testing strategies and CI/CD integration
. Ensure high reliability and performance of automated test suites
. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define test strategy
. Perform API, UI, and integration testing
. Drive shift-left testing practices
. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to automation standards

AI-Driven Testing
. Integrate AI tools to:
o Enable self-healing test scripts
o Automate test case generation
o Improve test coverage analysis
. Use AI/LLMs (e.g., GitHub Copilot, etc.) for:
o Test design acceleration
o Root cause analysis
o Intelligent debugging

Framework & Tooling
. Build and maintain automation frameworks using:
o Playwright Test Runner
o TypeScript best practices
. Implement reporting and dashboards (Allure, HTML reports, etc.)
. Integrate with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
