QA Automation

About Position:

We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automation solutions for web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Selenium-based automation, a solid understanding of testing frameworks, and experience working in CI/CD-driven environments. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to delivering high-quality, reliable software solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Java/Python/C#)
• Build and execute automation frameworks for web applications
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team to understand requirements and define test strategies
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitLab CI)
• Analyze test results and provide reports on quality metrics
• Ensure test coverage, reliability, and scalability of automation suites
• Participate in code reviews, test case design, and test planning
• Continuously improve automation processes and tools

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in Selenium WebDriver
• Proficiency in programming languages (Java/Python preferred)
• Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks (TestNG/JUnit/PyTest, Hybrid/Data-driven)
• Good understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC
• Experience with API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
• Understanding of SQL and database validation
• Experience in test reporting tools (Allure, Extent Reports, etc.)
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
