We are seeking an experienced
QA Automation Lead to join our Quality Assurance team. This role requires a highly skilled professional with strong domain expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of automation strategies. The ideal candidate will lead a team of QA engineers, drive automation initiatives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA automation team in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
- Develop and maintain a scalable and efficient automation framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, Product Management, DevOps) to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to QA engineers on best practices for test automation.
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks, risks, and issues in the automation process.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new automation tools and technologies.
- Align testing activities with project timelines and quality standards.
- Drive the adoption of automated testing in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Monitor test results, analyze defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in QA automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Git, or equivalent).
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured.
