Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Collaborate with the development team to understand features and technical implementation.
- Ensure the reliability and repeatability of tests.
Quality Assurance:
- Perform manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
- Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
Collaboration Planning:
- Work closely with the QA team to identify areas that require automated testing.
- Participate in the design and development meetings to provide a QA perspective.
- Prioritize and plan testing activities in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous Improvement:
- Continuously improve the existing automated testing framework and processes.
- Stay updated with new testing tools and strategies.
Reporting:
- Prepare detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Report on the status of testing activities, including reporting on the discovery of bugs and the progress of applying fixes.
