Description
We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing, with a strong focus on ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
- Execute automated tests and report on test results, including identifying and tracking defects.
- Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and performance of code.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Ability to write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and documentation.
