QA Automation Engineer Selenium, Python & AI

We are looking for an experienced QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Selenium, Python, BDD, and API testing

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web applications, web services, and REST APIs.
• Build and maintain robust Selenium automation frameworks using Python.
• Develop and execute BDD-based automation tests using Python Behave / SpecFlow.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Design and execute comprehensive manual and automation test cases.
• Analyze requirements and participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Identify, troubleshoot, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Contribute to Quality Engineering and test automation best practices.
• Work with development and QA teams to improve test coverage, quality, and automation efficiency.
• Explore and leverage AI-based tools and techniques to improve test automation, test-case generation, defect analysis, and overall QA productivity.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
• 4+ years of experience in Selenium automation.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience in QA Automation of Web Applications, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Software Testing methodologies.
• Experience in manual testing and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver and Python.
• Hands-on experience with BDD frameworks, preferably Python Behave / SpecFlow.
• Good understanding of Automation and Quality Engineering tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI concepts/tools relevant to software testing and test automation.
