About the Role

We hire for what you've already done, not for a title. This posting maps to real work — searches like SDET, QA Automation Engineer, Test Automation Engineer, QA Engineer (Playwright / Cypress / Selenium) — and we're looking for someone who has done this exact job before.

You've worked on an Indian SaaS QA team, 2–4 years.

What You'll Own

●     The regression suite and test automation

●     The release gate — nothing ships without your sign-off

●     Bug triage and severity

●     The escalation bridge from support to engineering

What You Won't Own

●     Fixing bugs

●     Deciding what to build

How We'll Measure Success

Ratio of bugs found internally vs. reported by users — target 4:1.

How We'll Evaluate You

We'll hand you our product and one hour. Write us a bug report. The quality of your reproduction steps is the whole signal.

Right now our users are doing this job for free, and it's showing up as churn instead of as bug reports.

Hiring Process
