Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive automated test cases
Build and maintain automation frameworks
Develop and execute test scripts using Playwright
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
Conduct API testing using tools like Postman
Validate web applications and backend services for performance, reliability, and scalability
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
Identify defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines
Continuously improve automation coverage and QA best practices

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in QA (Automation)
Hands-on experience with Playwright + or TypeScript/JavaScript (Must have)
Experience in API testing (Postman or similar tools)
Knowledge of web application testing (UI + Backend)
Understanding of test frameworks and automation design patterns
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Strong debugging and analytical skills
Good communication and collaboration skills

Good To Have

Experience in Selenium WebDriver (Good to have)
Experience in Java (Good to have)
QA manual Experience will be plus
Experience in e-commerce or web portal applications
Knowledge of database testing (SQL)
Experience with Git or version control systems
Exposure to performance testing tools
Familiarity with React.js / Node.js based applications
