QA Automation Engineer (Full Time|Onsite)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery through robust automation frameworks and testing strategies.

You will play a key role throughout the software development lifecycle, focusing on automation testing, defect management, and continuous quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design effective test scenarios and scripts
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
• Identify, log, and track software defects to closure
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices
• Monitor automation test execution and analyze results
• Perform maintenance and enhancement of existing automation scripts
• Improve test coverage and optimize automation frameworks

Required Skills

• Strong experience in QA Automation Testing
• Hands-on experience with Selenium with SpecFlow
• Knowledge of BDD frameworks and Page Object Model (POM)
• Experience in UI and API Testing
• Familiarity with tools like Postman and Swagger
• Working knowledge of SQL Server
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3–7 years of experience in QA Automation
