• Extensive hands-on experience in designing and developing test automation frameworks
• from the ground up.
• Proficient in leading functional automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
• Strong technical capability in Core Java and J2EE development.
• Proven experience in creating robust service-layer/API automation frameworks.
• Well-versed in key development tools and frameworks including Maven, Checkstyle, JUnit,
• Jenkins, and Git.
• Solid background in working with Oracle databases (preferably Oracle 10G) and writing
• complex SQL queries.
• Skilled in source code management, particularly with Git/GitHub.
• Strong engineering foundation with significant exposure to CI/CD pipelines, build automation,
• and deployment automation tools.
• Hands-on experience in unit and component testing, including the use of mocking
• frameworks.
• Excellent understanding of database concepts and advanced query design.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, especially AWS and Kubernetes (K8s).
• Good understanding of modern development practices such as Test-Driven Development
• (TDD) and the Test Pyramid.
• Exposure to AI enabled development, testing, analytics or delivery tools, with the ability
• to drive adoption rather than deep technical expertise.
• Ability to understand and interpret business principles in alignment with program goals.
• Demonstrated capability to coach, guide, and mentor team members effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management and clear, professional communication skills.
