Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer with 3 to 6 years of experience in Automation and Manual Testing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Selenium (Java), Playwright, API Testing (Postman REST Assured), and Agile methodologies. Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (Java) and Playwright.
• Design and execute API automation tests using Postman and REST Assured.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Execute regression, smoke, and functional testing.
• Perform manual testing and UI validation when required.
• Identify, document, and track defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and Agile teams.
• Contribute to automation stability, test coverage, and QA best practices.
  
  

Required Skills

• 3 to 6 years of experience in QA Automation and Manual Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium using Java.
• Experience with Playwright automation.
• Solid understanding of API Testing using Postman and REST Assured.
• Good Java programming skills.
• Experience in manual testing, defect reporting, and UI validation.
• Familiarity with Git and basic CI/CD execution.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  
  

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Cucumber (BDD Framework).
• Experience with Cypress automation.
• Knowledge of cross-browser testing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, ChatGPT, Claude, KaneAI, Testim, Mabl, Functionize, or TestRigor.
