Summary:
The Automation Test Engineer will work closely with members of product teams to ensure that the products and features developed meet defined high standards for quality. The candidate will be involved throughout the development life cycle, with particular responsibility in the quality assurance of software development and deployment, emphasizing the development and implementation of test automation.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and create test scripts.
- Execute test scripts and log/verify software defects.
- Follow process and coding standards defined within QA.
- Monitor the test results of automation test scheduler jobs.
- Perform code maintenance activities for existing scripts to improve test coverage.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
- 2-5 years of experience required.
Required Skills:
- QA Automation, BDD framework, POM, Selenium with SPECFLOW.
- Experience in UI and API Testing, PostMan, Swagger, SQLServer.
- Experience writing automated tests using testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cucumber.
- Creativity, verbal and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Team player and detail oriented.
- Understanding of computer programming and software development.
