Job Description
5 to 6 years of experience in manual testing.
Good understanding on testing methodologies.
Strong experience on writing test cases, test plans and reporting defects.
Experience in writing automation scripts with Selenium & cucumber framework
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good understanding on Agile development.
Experience in testing payroll applications.
Experience in UK Payroll domain is an added advantage.
Experience on working with Git and agile methodology.
Strong analytical/functional background and experience with support and operations activities.
Strong debugging skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in Splunk, Cognos and Siebel or any Client interfacing system is desirable
Must possess strong communication and presentation skills. Strong time management skills for
managing multiple, diverse and conflicting activities are required.
Demonstrated ability to actively contributing on multiple projects of varying complexities and
scope.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with general direction or as part of a team.
Demonstrated ability to work on project activities with tight timelines.
Work with distributed teams in development, Service and Product owners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High energy self-starter; must be flexible and able to take the initiative with minimal guidance
and be comfortable working both as an individual and as part of a team.
Willing to work in shifts
