The ideal candidate should have strong expertise and experience in Manual Testing for Web Based Applications. Candidate should have experience of writing system test cases. Basic SQL Query writing Experience. Interact, on a regular basis, with the applications Business Analysis and Development teams for understanding business requirements and technical design and to assist with defect resolution.
Responsibilities
- Perform functional, application, and regression tests
- Ensure software is deployed to Production is defect free
- Review functional and nonfunctional requirements and build test cases for end-to- end functionality as well as target testing
- Build regression test cases for Automation
- Identify issues, risks and dependencies escalating when appropriate

Requirements
- Experience in Property and casualty insurance domain will be added advantage.
- 3 years of QA testing experience
- Strong knowledge of QA processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with releases coming every two weeks
- Attention to detail
- Plan and monitor execution of test cases and report/triage/track defects, as well as define severity and routed to the appropriate individual
- Strong communication skills must articulate defects and provide strong documentation to support the same
- Ability to work independently while keeping teammates apprised of progress.
