About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
QA Architect to define, design, and drive the overall quality
assurance strategy across our technology platforms. This role is responsible for building
scalable test architectures, defining quality standards, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality
software at speed. The QA Architect works closely with engineering, product, DevOps, and
business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the SDLC.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise QA strategy, frameworks, and best practices
- Design scalable test automation architectures (UI, API, mobile, performance, security)
- Establish quality standards, metrics, and governance across teams
- Guide teams on shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and testability
- Evaluate, select, and implement QA tools and technologies
- Drive test data management and environment strategy
- Enable and mentor QA engineers and SDETs across projects
- Partner with DevOps to integrate automated testing into pipelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance requirements
- Continuously improve quality processes using data and metrics
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality engineering
- 2+ years in a QA Architect / Test Architect role or 4+ years as QA/Test lead
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright,
- RestAssured, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with API, UI, and backend testing
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Solid understanding of performance, security, and accessibility testing
Nice to Have
- Experience with microservices and distributed systems
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to AI/ML-based testing tools
- Domain experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or e-commerce
- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, AWS, Azure, etc.)
