QA Architect

Job Summary

• Develop and implement advanced testing strategies and frameworks.
• Lead and mentor QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Establish performance, scalability, and reliability testing processes.
• Provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies.
• Work closely with software development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to define testing criteria for all requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain test automation code quality.
• Define test metrics and track them to ensure testing effectiveness.
• Stay updated with latest trends in technology and AI. Create plans to evaluate relevant topics, train the team and adapt those.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing test frameworks and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA methodologies.
• Experience with performance and scalability testing.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
• Hands-on experience in implementing manual and automation test strategies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, and TestNG.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Expertise in performance testing and quality assurance.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
