Incomlend is seeking a QA & Test Engineer to ensure all platform enhancements are clearly understood, properly validated, and thoroughly tested before release. This role acts as the quality gate between Business and Technology, ensuring requirements are accurately delivered and meet high-quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Requirements & Stakeholder Alignment
- Act as the QA point of contact for business requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify specifications.
- Assess business impact, risks, and edge cases to ensure full understanding before development begins.
2. Collaboration with Engineering Teams
- Work closely with developers to ensure solutions align with approved requirements.
- Identify gaps, risks, and workflow issues early in the development lifecycle.
3. Testing & Quality Assurance
- Design and execute test cases covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Validate trade finance workflows and ensure defects are tracked through to resolution.
4. Production & Post-Release Validation
- Perform production sanity checks and post-deployment testing.
- Monitor system stability and escalate or flag issues where needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA / Software Testing roles.
- Experience in fintech, banking, trade finance, or financial systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with structured problem-solving ability.
