QA Analyst – SOFICO Miles

Role: QA Analyst

Experience: 5+ Years

Work Mode: Remote

Primary Requirement: SOFICO Miles experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end QA and testing activities for the SOFICO Miles platform.
• Prepare, design, and execute test cases and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
• Plan and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders.
• Work closely with Business Analysts, developers, and QA teams to identify, investigate, and resolve defects.
• Provide functional guidance to testers on SOFICO Miles processes and workflows.
• Translate business requirements into practical testing scenarios and validation criteria.
• Review and improve testing processes, methodologies, and quality standards.
• Ensure testing activities are aligned with business requirements and project deliverables.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with SOFICO Miles is mandatory and should be the candidate's primary experience.
• 5+ years of experience in QA, software testing, or business analysis.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, and defect management.
• Experience supporting or coordinating UAT with business stakeholders.
• Good understanding of business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with both technical and business teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Experience in automotive finance, leasing, or car-leasing domain.
• Experience guiding QA/testing teams or improving QA processes.
• Previous experience with Volkswagen Financial Services (VWFS).
• French or Dutch language proficiency.
