Job Description:

Experience level: 3 to 7years

Job location: Navallur, Chennai

Work model: Work from office (5days)

Shift timings: UK Shift

-Experience in insurance or banking domain

-Ensure integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of QA data and presentations.

-Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with measurement standards.

-Awareness about Calibration and Audit- auditor activities, about 7 QC tools & Bottom Quartile Management

-Validate accuracy and adequacy of dashboard metrics and sampling plans.

-Respond promptly to rebuttals and work to reduce overturned cases.

-Participate in client calls and ensure adherence to SLA requirements.

-Provide timely responses and comprehensive CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) solutions.

-Analyze customer specifications and support CTQ (Critical to Quality) identification.

-Identify and report process gaps to stakeholders; escalate critical issues with proper analysis.

-Establish containment controls and monitor process improvements.

-Prepare calibration questions and ensure comprehensive coverage for audits.
