Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, specifically in the context of AI and machine learning applications. This role involves designing and executing tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for AI systems.
- Execute automated and manual tests to ensure the quality of software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in software applications.
- Analyze test results and provide feedback to enhance the AI models and features.
- Participate in code reviews and provide suggestions for testability and quality improvements.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- 10-20 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ for writing test scripts.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
