- Serve as the primary point of contact for platform Category Managers, Supply Leads, and Media Teams.
- Ensure timely acceptance and fulfillment of all Purchase Orders (POs) raised by platforms, with minimal rejections.

3. Listing, Cataloguing & Content Management
- Upload and manage product listings across all platforms with accurate product details including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Maintain listing hygiene by ensuring all active SKUs are correctly categorised, up to date, and reflect real-time stock availability.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to ensure all product visuals and content comply with platform specifications and internal brand guidelines.
4. Order Fulfillment & SLA Compliance
- Ensure adherence to platform SLAs across all stages — order acceptance, dispatch, and delivery confirmation.
- Identify and resolve fulfillment issues in coordination with the Warehouse and Logistics teams.
- Manage return and rejection cases and coordinate with the Finance team for credit note processing and reconciliation.
- Provide the Finance department with the required documentation to facilitate timely vendor payment processing.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key operational metrics including fill rate, sell-through rate, out-of-stock percentage, share of shelf, and platform-wise GMV.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for review by the CEO and CFO.
- Identify gaps in performance across SKUs, city clusters, or platforms and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor competitor pricing, listings, and promotional activity to support internal planning.
6. Campaign Execution & Growth
- Plan and execute platform-level promotional campaigns, combo offers, and seasonal activations in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Identify opportunities to expand platform presence, add new SKUs, or enter new city clusters.
- Provide demand forecasts to the Supply Chain team to support production and procurement planning.
7. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless day-to-day Q-commerce operations.
- Present platform performance updates, forecasts, and strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and CFO during scheduled reviews.
