Must-Have**

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns for building robust and maintainable applications.

Practical experience with Flask and Django for web application development and maintenance.

Knowledge of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, and Redis) databases with expertise in database design, query optimization, and ORM tools like SQLAlchemy or Django ORM.

Proficiency in RESTful or GraphQL for API development.

Knowledge of data processing libraries like Pandas and NumPy and experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch.

Ability to integrate multiple data sources into a single system.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) for efficient collaboration with front-end software engineers.

Hands-on experience with testing frameworks, such as pytest or unittest, for ensuring software's reliability.

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, for efficient collaboration and code management.

Design, develop, and implement machine learning models using Python. Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature engineering. Train and evaluate machine learning models. Integrate models into production systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Write efficient, reusable, and testable Python code.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies.

Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance.

Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.

Good-to-Have

Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Knowledge of microservice architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Proficiency in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience in cloud-native architecture design and implementation of distributed fault-tolerant enterprise applications.

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience required.
