Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Trainer role based in Bhubaneswar. The Python Trainer will design and deliver structured Python training programs for learners at various skill levels, including creating lesson plans, presentations, coding exercises, and assessments. The role involves explaining core and advanced Python concepts, demonstrating best practices, and guiding learners through hands-on projects and real-world scenarios. The Python Trainer will monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individuals through doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring, and exam preparation. Additional responsibilities include updating course content to reflect current industry trends, collaborating with the training team to improve curricula, and contributing to workshops, bootcamps, or corporate training sessions as needed.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Python programming skills, including experience with core syntax, OOP, modules, and standard libraries.
• Candidates should possess skills in Python frameworks and tools such as Django or Flask, data handling with libraries like Pandas, and familiarity with virtual environments and package management.
• Candidates should possess teaching, training, or mentoring skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and adapt to different learning styles.
• Candidates should possess curriculum development and instructional design skills, including creating structured lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
• Candidates should possess problem-solving and debugging abilities, along with experience guiding learners through coding challenges and projects.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and support collaborative learning.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Python or software development are an advantage.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with industry practices such as version control (e.g., Git), software development workflows, and basic knowledge of related areas like databases or APIs; prior experience as a trainer or instructor is highly beneficial.
