Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Python Technical Trainer role based in Raipur. The trainer will design and deliver structured Python programming courses, including lectures, hands-on coding sessions, and problem-solving workshops. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials, creating examples and exercises, assessing learner progress through assignments and tests, and providing individual feedback and mentoring. The role involves updating course content to reflect current industry practices, supporting learners with doubts and project work, and collaborating with the training team to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Technical Training and Training & Development, including designing curricula and evaluating learning outcomes.
- Candidates should possess skills as Technical Trainers with experience delivering structured training programs in Python or related technologies.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Training skills to explain complex concepts clearly and engage diverse learner groups.
- Solid proficiency in Python programming, including core syntax, data structures, OOP, error handling, and standard libraries.
- Experience with problem-solving, algorithms, and coding best practices, preferably in an instructional or mentoring capacity.
- Ability to create practical, project-based learning experiences and adapt teaching style to different skill levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in technical education, bootcamps, or corporate training is highly beneficial.
