Python Technical Lead/Architect

Job Location: Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune

Shift timing: UK Shift(2:00PM to 11:00PM)

Job Description:

Extensive hands-on experience with Python-based platform engineering and product development, including:

• Backend services development
• Platform automation
• Developer productivity tools
• Enterprise integrations

Strong expertise with Python frameworks and engineering practices:

• FastAPI / Flask for scalable API and microservice development
• Django for web/platform application development

Strong experience in API architecture and development, including:

• REST API design
• API security and authentication
• Service integrations

Advanced knowledge of GitHub Actions (GHA) OR enterprise CI/CD platform engineering.

Strong experience with Cloud Native engineering, preferably:

• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or equivalent cloud platforms

Hands-on experience developing or managing Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) using:

• Backstage (preferred)
• Harness or equivalent developer experience platforms
