Job Description

  • Python backend development (Flask), strong in FastAPI, microservices and Cosmos/No SQL database
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to all members of the product development team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Support the team by removing obstacles, addressing complex technical issues, and making considered decisions.
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions with the wider tech team.
  • Work on and improve the CI/CD process, together with test and DevOps functions.
  • Work with cross functional teams e.g. (UX, DevOps, Automation) to efficiently deliver value through product development & optimization.
  • Define and maintain your product's intentional architecture and design, working closely with the Lead Architect and the DevOps team.
