Job Description
Must‑Have Skills
- 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Procedural/Functional programming knowledge preferably with Python, R, Or Basic
- Strong database expertise, including RDBMS concepts and hands‑on development using MS SQL
- Proficient in writing complex, high‑performance SQL queries, and stored procedures
- Experience with multi components projects
- Ability to understand upstream/downstream dependencies in complex systems
- Proven capability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments with clear ownership of deliverables
Good‑to‑Have Skills
- Strong programming experience with R
- Exposure to Git/Stash, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices
- Familiarity with C#.NET
- Experience collaborating closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams
Mandatory Competencies
