About the Role
We are looking for an Automation & GTM Operations Executive who can help streamline and automate workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
This role will focus on improving operational efficiency by building simple automations, managing integrations between tools, and maintaining clean and reliable data across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage basic automation workflows across marketing, sales, and customer success tools.
- Ensure leads from forms, campaigns, and other channels are captured, assigned, and followed up properly.
- Support the sales team by setting up task alerts, reminders, and simple workflow triggers.
- Maintain clean CRM data by managing duplicates, updating lifecycle stages, and ensuring important fields are filled.
- Assist in integrating tools and maintaining automation between CRM, marketing platforms, and other internal systems.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards for leads, pipeline tracking, and conversion metrics.
- Document workflows and processes so systems remain easy to understand and maintain.
Skills:
- Strong experience in Python backend development with hands-on expertise in building automation workflows using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, or tool integrations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain clean data.
- Good problem-solving and system-thinking skills.
Good to Have:
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience working with automation workflows or integrations between SaaS tools.
- Interest in AI tools or automation-driven workflows.
