Description

We are looking for a Python Lead with 8-13 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development and a passion for mentoring others.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Python developers to ensure high-quality software development.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues in existing applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Python development.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-13 years of experience in Python development.
  • Strong knowledge of web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
