JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable Python-based applications.
• Build and maintain backend services using Django, Flask, and FastAPI frameworks.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Work with large datasets using NumPy, Pandas, and other data processing libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA) to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and testing frameworks.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability, and security improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
