Job description:

We are seeking a talented Python Lead Developer / Architect for our team with strong expertise in

FastAPI, AI/ML, and React/Angular, GenAI , Agentic AI. As a member of the team, you will play a

crucial role in further Architecting, Developing and implementing cutting-edge agentic AI features

which will deliver business value for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams,

including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to develop and deploy AI ML models and applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects and

contribute to the advancement of Agentic AI technologies. The role involves leading backend

architecture, building scalable AI-powered applications, and mentoring engineering teams to deliver world-class digital products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE:

▸ Lead backend development using Python (FastAPI)

▸ Design scalable REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems

▸ Integrate AI/ML models into production systems

▸ Collaborate with frontend teams using React.js / Angular

▸ Build and manage MLOps pipelines (MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow)

▸ Work on Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

▸ Optimize performance, scalability, and system reliability

▸ Mentor team members and enforce coding best practices (TDD/BDD)

REQUIRE SKILL:

Backend & Full-Stack Development

▸ Strong experience in Python backend development (FastAPI preferred)

▸ Hands-on experience in React.js / Next JS / Angular

▸ Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture

▸ Strong database knowledge: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, NoSQL

AI / ML & MLOps

▸ Experience with AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

▸ Familiarity with MLOps tools: MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow Cloud, DevOps & Streaming

▸ Cloud experience with AWS / Azure

▸ Hands-on with Docker

▸ CI/CD tools experience: Jenkins

▸ Experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture

Good To Have:

▸ Apache Spark for large-scale distributed data processing

▸ Elasticsearch and Kibana for search and observability

▸ OCR / AI digitisation / automation experience
