Job Title: Python + Generative AI Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Python + Generative AI Developer with 6+ years of experience to design and develop AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming along with hands-on experience in building and deploying Generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable applications using Python.
• Work on Generative AI models such as LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
• Design and build AI-driven solutions including chatbots, content generation, and automation tools.
• Integrate AI models with APIs, microservices, and enterprise systems.
• Fine-tune and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver AI use cases.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI applications.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Flask/Django/FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs, Prompt Engineering.
• Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex / OpenAI APIs.
• Knowledge of Machine Learning & NLP concepts.
• Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure/AWS/GCP.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.

Good to Have:

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Exposure to MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in AI product development.

Education:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
