Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Demand Role Specialist with 5 to 12 years of experience in Python and GenAI Basics to join our team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and implementing AI solutions using Azure AI. Experience in Wealth Management Operations Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management is a plus. Proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI solutions using Python and Azure AI to enhance business processes and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration in existing systems.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure the scalability and reliability of AI models and solutions deployed in production environments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Document AI processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Conduct testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Optimize AI algorithms for performance and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
- Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor AI solutions accordingly.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for AI solution deployment. Qualifications
- Possess strong proficiency in Python 2.x and Python for AI development.
- Demonstrate experience with GenAI Basics and Azure AI platforms.
- Have a background in Wealth Management Operations Cards & Payments or Asset & Wealth Management is advantageous.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
