Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture and technical design for enterprise-scale applications.
• Drive engineering best practices, code quality, and architectural governance.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technology leadership.

Full Stack Development

• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python or Java.
• Build modern frontend applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Design high-performance APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

AI / Agentic AI Engineering (Mandatory)

• Design and implement enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions.
• Build intelligent workflows using AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and task orchestration.
• Develop end-to-end RAG pipelines leveraging vector databases, embeddings, retrieval frameworks, and LLMs.
• Integrate AI capabilities such as:
• Conversational AI
• Intelligent Search
• Knowledge Assistants
• Workflow Automation
• AI Agents & Multi-Agent Systems
• Evaluate and implement modern AI frameworks and emerging technologies.

Cloud & DevOps

• Architect and deploy solutions on AWS.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native applications.
• Implement observability, logging, monitoring, and security best practices.

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for professionals who have:

• 8+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience.
• 3+ years of Technical Lead / Architecture experience.
• Proven experience delivering AI-first applications in production environments.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and AI Orchestration Frameworks.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
