Roles And Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
- Develop and maintain frontend components using JavaScript and modern UI frameworks
- Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
- Work with databases and handle data modeling and queries
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Use version control systems effectively in a collaborative environment
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Mandatory Technical Skills
Backend (Python)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
- Solid understanding of backend flow and API design
Frontend
- Working knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals
- Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React or similar)
- Ability to integrate frontend with backend APIs
Programming Fundamentals
- Strong understanding of core programming concepts
- Ability to solve basic Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) problems
- Logical thinking and problem-solving skills are mandatory
