The Trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented training to first-year B.Tech students, helping them build strong foundations in:
- Python Programming Basics
- Python Data Structures & Problem Solving
- ReactJS Development
- Frontend Development Fundamentals
- Real-Time Project Development Practices
- Industry Best Practices and Career Readiness
The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience and a passion for mentoring and inspiring students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Python and ReactJS.
- Design and execute structured learning plans aligned with university curriculum and industry standards.
- Teach Python fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
- Train students in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
- Conduct coding labs, hands-on exercises, assignments, and mini-projects.
- Mentor students on coding standards, debugging techniques, and software development practices.
- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, and project reviews.
- Guide students in developing portfolio projects and preparing for internships and placements.
- Collaborate with university faculty and academic coordinators for smooth program delivery.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve training content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Good understanding of Python Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of ReactJS.
- Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development lifecycle.
- Exposure to Full Stack Development is highly preferred.
