Twite AI Technologies is an AI-driven product and technology company building SaaS platforms and intelligent business solutions across Education, HR, Healthcare, ERP, Government, and other industries.

We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Python Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of projects, guide a small development team, and work closely with the management to drive products from requirements to deployment.

The Role

This is not just a coding role.

We are looking for someone who can steer the project technically, coordinate the development team, break requirements into tasks, review code, solve technical challenges, and ensure that the project moves forward on time.

You will work closely with the Founder/Product team and will be expected to take end-to-end ownership of assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of assigned projects.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical tasks.
• Break projects into modules, tasks, and development milestones.
• Assign and coordinate tasks with developers.
• Develop and maintain backend applications using Python.
• Build REST APIs and backend services.
• Work with FastAPI / Django / Flask.
• Develop frontend features using React.js or similar technologies.
• Design and work with MySQL / PostgreSQL / Supabase databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and AI services where required.
• Review code and maintain development standards.
• Debug issues and help team members resolve technical problems.
• Conduct basic technical discussions with developers.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, QA and product teams.
• Perform testing and ensure features are production-ready.
• Manage Git/GitHub workflows and code repositories.
• Support deployment and production troubleshooting.
• Track project progress and proactively communicate delays or risks.
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
• Continuously improve the architecture, code quality and development process.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who demonstrates ownership and leadership potential, not merely years of experience.

Must Have:

• 1–2 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django or Flask.
• Good understanding of REST API development.
• Working knowledge of React.js / JavaScript.
• Good understanding of SQL databases.
• Experience with Git/GitHub.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Ability to debug and solve problems independently.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to take responsibility for project delivery.

Good to Have

• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Docker knowledge.
• CI/CD knowledge.
• Experience with Supabase.
• Redis / Celery knowledge.
• AI/LLM API integration experience.
• Experience building SaaS applications.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Previous experience mentoring junior developers.
