Experience: 4–8 Years
We are looking for experienced Full-Stack Developers with strong expertise in
Python (backend) and
React (frontend) to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing end-to-end solutions, from backend APIs to responsive UI components.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React
- Build robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI)
- Develop interactive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and QA
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practices
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Work on database design, integration, and performance tuning
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python for backend development
- Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with backend frameworks like Django / Flask / FastAPI
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes
- Experience in building scalable distributed systems
- Familiarity with GraphQL is a plus
